Dr. Katina Jackson has a passion for her community and has been involved with numerous youth programs for over twenty-five years. In 1995, Katina founded her first inner-city organization by the name of Mu Omicron Beta, (MOB). MOB was a structured program that catered to kids within the Paul A. Diggs neighborhood of Lakeland, Florida. For a period of twenty years, Katina provided volunteered services for kids throughout Polk County. Much of the organization was funded strictly by Katina and other resources were contributed through the Police Athletic League, (PAL) and the Sauder’s Branch Boys and Girls Club. MOB provided after school care, peer support, college bound services, career paths, etiquette, and basic life skills. Mu Omicron Beta also hosted creative dance and step competitions, poetry slams, and youth conventions. With a vision of continuing to bring positivity to her home town, Katina understood that the need for developmental changes and affirmations of progressive leadership would allow her to give back to her community by providing a positive and safe environment for kids to not only learn themselves, but to learn what avenues and resources are available to them.
Katina is dedicated to helping others focus on their futures and learn self-control of their circumstances within her community. It is important to be able to offer an outlet to the future of our community and the next generation of world leaders. My desire is to help build the community that molded me into the woman I am today. The visionaries and mentors of my past sacrificed a lot to pave my road of success.

The tailored sessions will target the development of new and stable thoughts of change and sustain the process of change and development. Participants should expect their particular circumstance to be coached, individualized encouragement when faced with obstacles on their path, setting targets, being accountable for their goals, and recognizing, revealing and challenging restricting biases and assumptions.
Through group coaching, there is an amazing intensity and collective wisdom that is distinct from 1: 1 meetings, and it is this energy and wisdom that will easily bring the group to their targets.
