The question underneath the achievement

“You made it out. So why does part of you still feel like you’re surviving?”

I Can Too names the quiet cost of always being strong, and opens an honest path toward a life that is more than proof of what you survived.

01 / The Book

A book for the life that comes after survival.

Some people know how to keep going because stopping was never an option. They become dependable, accomplished, and strong, while quietly wondering when life will begin to feel different.

Through lived experience, hard-won insight, and compassionate truth-telling, Dr. Katina Jackson invites readers to recognize the patterns that helped them survive, honor what those patterns cost, and choose what comes next.

02 / Signature Ideas

Language for what you have felt, but may never have named.

01

No Outlet

What happens when your way forward was shaped by places, systems, and expectations that offered no obvious exit?

02

The Cost of Being the Strong One

Strength can protect a family, build a career, and change a community. It can also become a role you are afraid to put down.

03

I Made It Out…Now What?

Achievement changes your circumstances. It does not automatically change the beliefs and instincts that carried you there.

03 / Her Story

Her authority was earned in classrooms, in service, and in community.

Dr. Katina Jackson has spent more than twenty-five years creating opportunities for young people and families in Central Florida. Her work began long before there was a professional title for it—with a conviction that people need both belief and a practical path forward.

Her experience spans community leadership, education, mentoring, organizational development, and 26 years in Florida law enforcement and corrections. She holds a PhD in General Psychology, an MBA with a focus in Public Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management.

She does not speak from a distance. She speaks from lived experience, and from a life spent helping others see what is still possible.
